The german version is the legally binding one.

FYI All prices are net excl. VAT. We charge 10 Sfr. within Switzerland for orders up to 500 Sfr.. Shipment outside Switzerland will be shipped at cost. Payment terms are 30 days net. All export shipments must be paid in advance.
