Monitoring with Petrifilm

3M Petriflm in all varieties can be used for surface screening in mulitple way. One can check a certain spot 1 on 1 with a pre-moistened Petrifilm or by means of a Quick Swab, either way you can screen areas difficult to reach. The typ of Petrifilm is a question of the monitoring scope. Fresh food manfuacturers rely on Enterobacteriococci screening, the beverage and juice industry more on Yeast and Mold. Total plate count is another feasible agar, too.
